Laptop searches for phantom hardware
Question: I have an HP laptop with XP. When I boot up, it says it finds new hardware and goes and looks for the drivers. I have not installed new hardware. This happened about the time I installed Sygate firewall. I had Zone Alarm but when it updated itself it went south and I could never get it loaded.
